  9.  AB    A 13-month-old patient with autoimmune deficiency syndrome had renal
  10.        candidiasis. An abnormal renal sonographic pattern of hyperechoic renal
  11.        pyramids was demonstrated. This abnormal sonographic finding should
  12.        suggest renal candidiasis in an immune suppressed child. In the normal
  13.        kidney of children, the pyramids are hypoechoic. This pattern has not
  14.        been noted in previous publications. We report this case.
